The staff is welcoming, exceptional. The room is fairly quiet and really cozy with decent views of the ocean across the road and past two other hotels. Nice touch to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The location is marvelous and absolutely perfect, 1 mile from Kmart Discount Store.

The sheets were dirty, there were stains on the floor and the roof, everything was really dingy, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The staff here are exceptional. the hotel's location near Micronesia Mall is marvelous. - It's a great spot for exploring Tamuning, being close to shopping areas, restaurants, and the airport.

The location was ok. We rented a car so there was an easy access. Also, there were some restaurants in the same building, it was good for our dinner as we arrived late in the evening. People were nice at restaurants. The room was large enough for three people.

The glasses were not new every day. It was noisy during the night with other customers. The water of the toilet did not flush nicely. The hot water ran out and not every one could have a hot bath everday, shower was ok.

Great location, close to restaurants and stores. the room is big, the bed is super comfy, and the bathroom is spacious. You can check-in early and check-out late. 🌟

State of the room - quite run down, elevator not closing properly on 8th floor, no poolbeds at the pool, no adaptors available at reception, bad state of breakfastroom (especially the lightweight dangerous chairs).
